Ministerial Compensation

The Ministerial Compensation Committee develops guidelines for ministerial and other church employee compensation. The Committee also provides compensation guidance to ministers and churches upon request. Annually, the Committee revises the guidelines and presents them to the Annual Meeting for approval.
